Services - fabrication and installation
Most of the fabrication shall be done in our workshop. Project manager and designer will be
closely working with the staffs on the shop floor.
The workshop works to meet the contract requirement. The plant manager will be responsible
for the management of all fabrication under the various projects to meet the respective schedule.
The plant manager will work together with project managers and other top management to solve the problems.
A normal structure and / or pressure vessel production shall consists of:
- Review and discussion of project document such as shop drawings, cutting plans, forming and machining details, raw material list, etc.
- Arrangement of resources such as manpower, storage and work area, machines; and safety plan
- Material receiving and inspection
- Marking out, inspection, and cutting, repair or re-work
- Fitting, inspection, welding, inspection including NDT, repair or re-work
- Accessories cutting, fitting, welding along with step by step inspection
- Assembly work, inspection and welding, inspection including NDT
- Machining
- Final fit up, inspection, welding, inspection including NDT
- Final dimension check
- Hydrostatic testing
- Surface preparation and coating
- Packing, packing list, reporting
- Transportation to the site, site inspection
- Fit up and site installation
- Site inspection
The project manager, workshop manager, and site team will communicate each other to complete the job
on schedule and to solve problem if any.
